Deposit Funds
To trade on Polymarket through PolyPulse, you need USDC.e on the Polygon network. You also need a small amount of POL for initial setup and transfers (not for placing orders).
Your Wallet Address
- Open the PolyPulse popup
- Your wallet address is displayed at the top
- Click to copy it to your clipboard
Step 1: Deposit POL for Gas
You need a small amount of POL for:
- Initial setup — token approval transactions (one-time)
- Sending / withdrawing funds from your wallet
INFO
Placing orders does not require gas. Orders are signed locally and submitted directly to Polymarket's order book — no on-chain transaction needed.
Send approximately 1 POL to your PolyPulse wallet address. You can buy POL on any major exchange and withdraw it to your wallet on the Polygon network.
TIP
1 POL is more than enough and should last a long time, since it's only used for approvals and transfers, not for trading.
Step 2: Deposit USDC.e
PolyPulse currently supports USDC.e (bridged USDC) on Polygon. This is different from native USDC.
WARNING
Make sure you are sending USDC.e on the Polygon network. Native USDC on Polygon is a different token and is not supported by PolyPulse at this time. Sending funds on the wrong network or the wrong token will result in funds that PolyPulse cannot access.
From Another Wallet (MetaMask, etc.)
- Switch your wallet to the Polygon network
- Make sure you are sending USDC.e (contract:
0x2791Bca1f2de4661ED88A30C99A7a9449Aa84174) - Send to your PolyPulse wallet address
- Funds will appear within a few minutes
USDC vs USDC.e
| Token | Contract | Supported |
|---|---|---|
| USDC.e (bridged) | 0x2791Bca... | Yes |
| USDC (native) | 0x3c499c5... | Not yet |
Polymarket accepts both tokens, but PolyPulse currently only works with USDC.e. Native USDC support will be added in a future update.
Checking Your Balance
Your USDC.e balance is displayed in the PolyPulse popup dashboard. It updates automatically after deposits.
